I waited about 6 weeks to write this review allowing us time to see how our new plants are growing. All the plants are very healthy and we are extremely pleased with the landscape design, plants and the quality of the work. They arrived on time and worked with us to design a landscape plan requiring minimal ongoing maintenance and recommended the types of plants, location and colors. Once we awarded the work to them, they scheduled a date for the work, showed up on time, installed all the landscaping and cleaned up any debris before the left. This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor doing work on our home. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them.The landscaping behind our house is beautiful and we have received many compliments from our friends and neighbors.

Outstanding!! Melanie listened carefully to our needs and provided value added guidance in planning our new landscaping. She then came with the team to install our palms. They did a very professional job - sought input on placement, move some of the existing plants, mulched, cleaned up after, and consulted on how best to care for our new trees. They also assessed some of our existing landscaping and gave us helpful suggestions on how best to address. We would definitely call Melanie again if we have further landscaping needs.

Very well. I took advantage of their $430.00 installation for a pallet of sod which includes clearing the old grass and raking to ensure proper drainage. Melanie came out approximately 3 weeks ago to see what needed to be done. I had wild hog damage in a portion of my yard so it wasn't just a routine new sod installation. They just finished today and it went extremely well. The sod they use is cut less than 24 hours prior to installation and is weed and bug free. High quality sod. They did a terrific job and I would definitely hire them again for landscaping/sod projects.

The above is the basic requirement for a landscape contract. There was a lack of performance and when brought to the ownerships attention, the contract was terminated, due to their "EXPANDING " business. Clearly the request to edge and clean around the sprinkler heads was too difficult and not required by Emerald Green.

"We had no issue cleaning around your sprinkler heads however you did not live at this house and we had no access to your irrigation to properly test and clean. The few times you came in to town you never returned my call to set up a time to meet. You contacting us had nothing to do with us cancelling your service. It was no longer cost effective to service your single house. When we started mowing your house it had not been touched in a good amount of time and was a cleanup."

I was impreseed with the work they did for the money.  Great deal for the price and they delivered and spread 62 bags of brown mulch.  Will hire them shortly to do the rest of the property as we have a large lot.
