This company is excellent! I called for repair of a broken sprinkler head at the property I had just recently purchased. Bob and his guy came out the next morning to give the entire system a look over. He found that the company that had installed the system prior to me buying the house had not put in the correct sprinklers in my front lawn. He said once the dry season came, my lawn would go dead. He turned the system on and it was plain to see what he was talking about. He also pointed out an incorrect hookup of the control box. He gave me pricing for all the work needed, and he told me which items I needed to have done, and which I could let go. He will be coming back next week to do the repairs. Bob really knows his stuff, and he was super fun to talk to. I love that he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need. I will definitely be using ER Sprinklers from now on.

Tracey has been coming 2-3x a year to do maintenance on the irrigation. He is always there when he says he will be, or calls me to tell me if he's running late. He has been servicing my property for a number of years and I couldn't be happier. If I call and tell the office I need him there, he will show up when promised. He always goes out of his way to get there and do what is needed!

Tracy is rude and incompetent.

They were very good. It was reasonable. They were punctual and when they said they would come they did come. The stuff that needed to be done something differently they would let us know. They would give us the cost upfront.
