All the signs of a Pro were present. Competent, high knowledge base, extremely well groomed that settled any doubts that he is what he represents.

Very knowledge and did an excellent job. He was able to fit us in on short notice and let us know o that he,was eunnong a bit late.

Tom arrived at my house at the time and date specified from our phone calls and email correspondence.  He was very friendly and professional and took all the time I needed to answer my questions regarding lessons.  At the end of the first lesson, we set up a time for him to tune my piano, which is a 1929 Mason & Hamlin parlor grand.  I wanted to make sure I liked and trusted the guy with such a instrument.   
Tom arrived at my house for the tuning on time and told me exactly what he was going to do.  He explained in laymans terms what he was doing each time I asked a question.  All is can say is that in the seven (7) years I have owned this piano, it has been tuned multiple times.  This is was the only time, and it certainly won't be the last time that Tom does the tuning.  My piano has NEVER sounded this good.  He was able to give it an incredibly bright and clean, clear sound.  
 After the tuning, Tom gave me my second piano lesson (I've been teaching myself) and he is so patient with me, I can't help but smile.  I feel that I will go a long way under Tom's instruction and hope to soon be playing much better than I have been.
