D and T made multiple stops to ensure that the service provider did the contracted AC installation.

They have been over half a dozen times, on a bi-weekly basis, and do a great job. Our screen within our lanai fell apart so they sent us pictures of what it looked like. We lined up someone to fix it, and since it was outside work, they didn't need anyone to be there to allow them to perform their work. D and T, however, was able to go back and verify the job was well done. On another instance, we had another A/C issue. D and T were able to coordinate their schedules to meet the AC repair person, stayed there while the work was done, and verify all was well post the work completion.
With our presence as limited as it has been, it provides us with peace of mind to know that our place is looked after and when something does go wrong, an action plan can quickly be put in place to remedy the issue.
I would highly recommend this team to keep watch over your home whether you are to be away for 1 week, or several months.

I hired D and T to watch my home while I went on an extended vacation to Maine this summer. I was so happy I had used this service because my pool pump sprang a leak while I was gone. D and T noticed the leak and called me immediately. I was able to get someone over there right away to fix it and D and T even met them to make sure the work was done. D and T also fed my fish and watered my plants while I was gone. I would definitely recommend this service! It made for a worry-free vacation for me and my family.
