"The work requested was specified in detail, discussed and completed per the contract signed. During this project they hired an unlicensed professional outside our contract for additional work that was completed poorly. We corrected their mistakes, removed the debris they left and cleaned up behind them at no charge. Customer requested additional changes to the contract, she was extremely rude, demanded it be done for her defined price which resulted in threats from her son [Member Name Removed]. Out of good faith we credited this customer due to a scope change she made on the signed contract. Customer did not provide full payment for the contract even with the given credit. I found mold in the home twice, was forced to wait over 45 days to complete work. I did several additional items for free trying to keep everyone happy. Per customers request I stopped work on kitchen & refunded the money, tile was popping up in kitchen do to flooding, We ensured a high quality job as well as fixing someone else's. Miss Adums giving me a 1 star review over a 3 or 4 shows her intentions. God please help this world."
