Cloud Termite & Pest Control

We had an excellent experience with Cloud. We previously had a nightmare of an experience with another company. Cloud was professional, reasonable, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Not only did this company have good grades on here but they were also recommended by someone else. When I first contacted them for an estimate they lost my information because after a couple of weeks I called back since I hadn't heard back at all. Then the lady I spoke with asked who I talked to there and I said it was actually her. When I did get the estimate it was by telephone from I think the owner so that was a good thing. They sent me a contract which didn't have the right name on it, could be my phone has poor sound but I did spell it out. I provided instructions on how to turn on the power and water which they needed on the site since I wasn't going to be there. I assumed they would actually turn the power and water back off when done but apparently that wasn't part of the deal. I'm just glad I had most things unplugged and that there were no supply hoses that burst while I was gone so I didn't come home to a flood. It also seemed like they weren't exactly caring about how they left the place inside. When I called to complain about it the same woman who I had talked to every time I called said she could leave a message for the owner but I just said don't bother because she made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her. Best of luck with them although I guess they are supposed to be inexpensive.

John came to service my home for pest control and they got rid of my ant problem. The company was very professional and they arrived on time. The cost was lower than another company I was using. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in Manatee County.

We love them. Our representative is phenomenal. They are very easy to work with if you need to change an appointment. They come out any time we call for anything out of the ordinary. He goes above and beyond when he is here. My daughter has now started using them also.

We appreciated the time taken to explain how to use the bags they provide to store items you can leave in the home and were happy to learn we could bag the freezer items and leave them in the freezer. They "tented" the house on Monday, fumigated on Tuesday and tested for occupancy on Wednesday. When the fellow came to test, he opened the windows and when he called to say we could return home, he asked if we would like him to leave them open - which we did. The company is locally owned and everyone we had contact with was very nice.
