From start to finish, all went flawlessly and the job was done to perfection. Once called, Charlie quickly came out to do an estimate on my leaking and deteriorating tile roof and prepared an estimate complete with pictures and clear explanations of all the places that needed attention. His price was very fair for the three days of work needed. He was busy at the time so I said to put me on the schedule when you could fit me in. Within a few weeks, he called and said he had a spot for me. The crew arrived promptly and were very polite, clean and hard working. The job site was kept impeccably clean and neat and when they left each day, you could not tell they had been there. They repaired two bad leaking places in my roof and replaced all the deteriorated mortar along the ridges. They pulled off the tiles in several leaking sections down to the rafters and replaced the plywood and waterproof sheeting. When done, you could not tell they had even touched anything.... a very neat and meticulous job. Had I not watched every step of their work I would not have known they were even there. When done with the job, they painted all the new mortar with perfect color match roof paint and everything looks awesome... like a new roof. The final bill was about 10% lower than the estimate as there was not as much water damage to repair as they expected. This is a true quality company that knows their roofing skills, has fair pricing and goes above and beyond expectations to do the best job possible. I would call them back for any future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to others.
