Blue Septic

It took 3 days from my call for them to arrive, originally they said they were busy and couldn't make it the 1st day but would be out the next. They didn't show or call. They DID show up the next morning....only to tell me, that due to the standing water because of all the rain, they couldn't do a pump out and would reschedule for a day the next week. The bathrooms were unusable! THEN, I got a phone call and was told the cost of the service call was $125! They did nothing! Making maters even worse, I had given them my credit card information at the time of the original call because I wasn't going to be around, when they told me of the and quot;service calland quot; they again, had to ask for the credit card number. I'm furious and VERY disappointed.
We have been using Blue Septic for YEARS! At one point we had 4 properties, all with septic tanks. I truly believe they must have changed ownership. They used to be a friendly, local company. The attitude has changed. They now seem like a slick,, big business firm. They used to know my name. Now, I'm an account number.
As much as I'm angry, I will say, IN THE PAST, they did good work. I'm checking other companies, finding response time is longer but rates are quite a bit lower.
I probably will not do business with this company again unless there's another attitude change.

Excellent service, they called before and arrived shortly thereafter. The technician had to drive through a heavily wooded dirt road 1/4mi in reverse, and he navigated it perfectly. He was a nice guy and got the job done efficiently and without any problems. I will call again in the future.
