Big Earth Landscape Supply

Poor. The contractor who installed my sod worked for Big Earth. He laid down poor quality sod and when I questioned him about it he reassured me that it was fine. About half of my yard is dying, even under the care of a lawn and pest control service. I have talked to Big Earth and they explained they do not guarantee sod, the contractor never mentioned that to me. I am disappointed that their only response to me was “ too bad” their is nothing we can do. You can trust Big Earth for your sod.

This is the second year I have used Big Earth for my landscaping supplies. In the summer of 2014, I purchased a few yards of top soil and ~120 bags of mulch (eucalyptus) so I could redo my landscape. This year I just needed to touch up the mulch itself, which washed away during several rains (I had no gutters!).
Anyway, I basically made all the arrangements via email, which is very convenient for me because I work a lot. I verified pricing and delivery fee to my area, and knew exactly what I wanted/needed. If you need help calculating how many bags/yards based off your cubic footage, they can provide their recommendation to you as well. Delivery itself was easy to schedule too.
Everyone I dealt with was incredibly easy to work with, and very nice/responsive - from email communication to the guy that delivered the product. They even gave me an estimate for sod too (very reasonable), but I declined because I had my hands full with weeding/mulching and I didn't want the sod to die (but I digress).
I highly recommend going through Big Earth - I know I'll be contacting them again next year!

delivery on-time; mostly good product, some large chunks of wood that were not shredded and somewhat foreign, e.g. broomstick, palm leaves but overall very good and not an issue. would definitely use again...

Premier Lawn and Landscaping was great! They delivered the stone and had it spread in no time. I had called many people before that never showed up but this company did it and at a reasonable price. So I thank Big Earth Landscape Supply and Premier Lawn and Landscaping.

It went well. They did a very good job. I went to them and ordered on very short notice and they delivered it the same day. They were very courteous. Their products were not top quality but they were good.

Their service was fantastic; they cared and listened but they were not cheap.

The sod was delivered in the morning - freshly cut and very healthy. I installed it over the next couple of days and watered like crazy. I have a gorgeous grassy area now! They had the best price on sod delivered from Lowe's or Home Depot!!
The "plant lady" was very helpful and informative. I really like this place and would recommend them to anyone.

The service turned out very well. The price was competitive the grass looks good and I was happy with their service.
