The technician arrive on time and was very professional from beginning to end.  The job was done very quickly and since it was so simple he didn't charge for the visit.  We will definitely use them in the future and tell all of our friends what a great job they did.

It was very good. The treatments were extremely effective. He talked over the process with me, explained the chemicals that he was going to use, how long it would take for them to be 100% effective and he guaranteed the inside treatment for six months and the exterior for two months. He responded quickly and took care of the problem almost immediately.

I thought they did a good job. I liked their warranty, the relationship they had with their customer service, and they cleaned up well. They weren't the cheapest but they were pretty competitive, and I thought the warranty they offered was pretty good.

We got them through Angie's List.  They come out once a month.  We have indoor and outdoor with them.  We have been using them for years.  If they say they are coming they would come.  Even if we have a problem in between they would come.  The people that they send out are on time and very respectful.  If they say they are coming at 10 o'clock then they would come out at 10 o'clock.  They are very consistent.  We are very pleased with them.

I'm very happy with them. I have annual contract with them. The job went really well. They did a good job. If I have any problems, they had been very good at about getting here promptly. I like the fact that we have had the same technician for two or three years now. He really knows the house now. It had been nice to get that accommodating service.
