We have been using them for for years and we are very pleased with their service.  They are reasonably priced.

I was not actually here when they did the installation.  But before that, I called the owner and asked him if they can seal the ducts with mastic sealant.  He said, he can't do that because there's a new code that the inspector should inspect the system first before they use a mastic sealant.  I know it's a little odd but since they are from Angie's List, I trusted them to do the job.  So when I came home from, I asked another AC guy if there is such a new code, and he said he never heard anything like that.  I called the owner of Bayside and told him that there was no new code and he profusely denied that he said something like that.  I had a witness because I had a speaker phone at the time I called him and my friend heard about our conversation.  He just made up about the new code because he doesn't want his guy to go up the attic.  I am very upset until now, that's why I will use them anymore.  I don't like a rude, deceitful and dishonest person to come inside my house.

I have a service contract with them. It's an excellent company. They're responsive, professional and helpful.

Tech was on time, completed job, provides recommendations.

They were very good. Their professionalism is what stood out the most about them. The price I paid was maybe $6000 on that service.
