Contacted Jeff on Sunday after another local locksmith did not show up for a scheduled appointment the day before. Although Jeff's cost of service was higher than the locksmith who did not show, he was less expensive than other locksmith's contacted for same day service on Sunday. Jeff was professional, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He took the time to ensure I understood how to replace the battery, as needed, in the electronic unit. Would definitely use again and recommend for hassle free service.

Jeff was punctual, personable and provided excellent service. I had him change the front door locks and install a new deadbolt. He did a great job. If ever I need locks changed, installed, or removed, I will call Jeff at American Lock and Key without hesitation!

Came out and performed all the work within a couple of hours. I especially was concerned about the sliding glass doors since the doors and quot;pocket on the outsideand quot;. Could not put and quot;stickand quot; into rail to prevent opening from outside. But he added a lock made especially for sliders to prevent someone from opening them from the outside. Works like a charm! Very secure!

Jeff was extremely responsive. He had an appointment in my neighborhood the day I called and was able to schedule me the same day, even though it was after 5 o'clock. I even got a discount since he was already here. He keyed three of my locks to the same key and made extra keys for my front door.
