The install and everything was fine. I came to find out that they opened a lien on my property for the work and while they’ve been paid in full the did not close the lien.

Could not have gone better. Turned out my 18 year old roof was in very bad shape, through no fault of American Hero, thank goodness for Evan, he oversaw the whole process with great professionalism. I now have a new safe great looking roof, with no worries.
