 + 0 moreBill Medred, the owner is the answer to prayers! When we made first contact, he was available on our schedule and arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable, bonded, and insured. Bill was professional and readily knew what we needed, as this is not a side business, but this life. He is physically on the property, every day, week or biweekly, and sends a detailed report of anything he finds. He offers a range of services on his website, and his fees are reasonable. We are very happy with Bill and the service he provides and we do not hesistate to highly recommend hom to others!
Description of Work: Being a seasonal resident in paradise, we were worried about our property when we are gone. They will Inspect your home weekly or biweekly Be the emergency contact for your alarm company Oversee the landscaper, pool service or anyone else working on or entering your property Provide you a customized inspection report after each visit Do what it takes to help you protect your investment and provide peace of mind while you're away.
