Everything done well, but for some reason I had to request an itemized bill twice.
The first one was hand written and illegible, Second one was not quite complete.
I finally received a complete breakdown of charges. Bryan does a good job, but he
needs to speak more slowly and patiently and not seem to be in such a rush, particularly
with elderly customers.
