All Pro Remediation

We hired Allpro Remediation to deal with a mold problem we had in our air condiotioing closet. At first, we were very overwhelmed at the extent of work that had to be preformed but they were very patient. They walked us through the process explaining the plastic barriers they used to contain the mold and the dust, and they showed us the special equipment that they used to clean the air. They also explanied the testing process used to determine when all the mold was gone and gave us a schdule outlining how long all the work would take. Allpro also was able to do the reconstruction work after the mold was gone which was nice because none of the other companies I contacted would do that, I would have had to hire another contracter. Mr. Kennedy and his crew were very nice and professional and did the work just like they said they would. I was very pleased. He even helped me deal with my insurance company to get reimbursed. I would hire Allpro Remediation again, absolutely. Our house is located in Bradenton, Florida (Lakewood Ranch to be a little more specific). The contract was for the removal of the mold in the a/c closet and adjacent hallway. They also did the replacement of the drywall and the repainting. The total amount of the work was $6,400.
