They are very responsive.  They address any needs I may have.  The technician I have knows what he is doing with the clean air effects.  They have great customer service.  I would definitely recommend them.

With the exception of a couple small delays, everything went exceedingly well.  I am a little disturbed I am being asked for the 2nd time by Angie's list to rate this Company, as I originally performed this same function this past May '13.

Several things were a problem we found out two years later when we had to have ALL ductwork completely replaced and resized. The ducts were too small and the air was being sucked through it, putting stress on the compressor motor (which was replaced already). The AC was running constantly causing very high electric bills just trying to cool the house. Black mold started to form in the ducts because the air exchange was not working properly and causing condensation. Ducts in the attic were not properly attached and sealed(just pulled out), so we were air conditioning our attic! Ducts are supposed to be hung from the rafters, so they don't sit on the insulation - this was not done! We found that the electric work was not to code - they just used an old 220 line and screw caps with electrical tape. There was more, but too much to mention...we paid another $2200 to have these problems fixed. NOT happy!

I initially found this company on the BBB website to do a maintenance check on my condominium Air Conditioner a year and a half ago.  Their AC employee came out at a time that worked for me and really took his time thoroughly going through the inside and outside equipment and had patience with all of the questions I had along the way.  At the time, I was a single female and needed to know that I was hiring someone that was insured and trustworthy to come into my home and this company had that.  Since then, my AC just went out last week and I called them to come out and try to diagnos what happened.  They came out within an hour or so and found that the compressor went bad.  So I invested in a new outdoor unit but then they found that I had a leak in the line.  Well, I live in a condo conversion on the third floor so my lines are burried under the building and up the walls of the units below me.  Unfortunately, my property manager wouldn't allow him to run new lines up the building at that time and wanted a second opinion...which had to wait two days later.  So I paid for the unit anyway because the "second opinion" guy wouldn't be able to get a good pressure read without a unit there.  Needless to say, Air Masters really knows their stuff because the maintenance guy at my complex was asking kinds of questions and my technician, David, could answer them all with straight confidence.  So now I have to wait on my complex to decide how they are going to fix the lines but in the meantime, Matt Larsen at the shop gave me his cell phone because he wants to be kept in the loop of what they decide so they can finish their job properly.  This company  really cares about their customers and wants to keep your business.  I recommend them to all my family and friends!
