We returned from vacation to find that our computer was not operating. Suspecting that it was a hard drive problem, we
called Advanced Technology and Billy came right out the same day (Saturday), picked up the computer, fixed it,
and returned it the next day. Wow! Extremely professiional, knowledgeable, and first-class all the way around.

Jerry's office set up the appointment, and as usual Jerry was very prompt in arriving directly at 8:30. I have had Jerry work on this desktop several times over the past 18 months. It always goes well and he usually tunes up the laptop at the same time. He is pleasant to work with and offers extra tips and comments as he works through the problems.
