A week or so after my back-flow check was done, I find my back-flow leaking. I called it in a few times, they hardly ever answer, looks like "call screening to me", but the company tried to find out exactly when I called to find an excuse that's its too late and need to pay $150.00 to fix it, how dod they know what to fix and how much it cost is curious as well. My back-flow was done mid Feb. and leak was found a week or so later, we do not look at our back flow every day as most of you know. Accurate Back-Flow thinks' that everyone is looking for FREE work. They were rude especially the person who I suspect is the part owner lady for her bold and assertiveness "we'll go to check, but we will charge you $150.00 to fix it. I decided to write this review hopping those who see this will understand that they should perhaps pay a bit more for courteous and genuine customer service. Also this new home we bought had a back-flow done, but the tech pull off the sticker and did not want me to see it.
