I am very pleased with them in every way. They are professional and knowledgeable. I just had an incident. I was charged every month for a service that I did not receive, and I cannot get anybody to help with that. They say that because I have a go phone, they cannot do anything about it. That doesn't fly well with me. When I took in my phone last year, somebody changed the chip, and I didn't have the chip but they charged me for it, and that was not my fault, but they are telling me they cannot do anything about it. They told me to call AT&T customer service, and I called them on phone, and she said that it was the chip that the charge was on, but somebody changed it last September. I have been charged for the whole year. I went into the store to request something and she changed it. I don't know why she changed it. I will continue using them if I can get this fixed.
