Fernando and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home which included the lanai. They moved the furniture off and back on to the lanai. Fernando was in contact every day. We ran into issues with the weather but Fernando came every day to let me know what the plan for the day was. There was also a question about the paint color and Fernando checked in to ensure the color was acceptable. The discrepancy turned out to be a result of the fact that the house had not been painted in 8 years and the existing color was faded and weathered. The end result was the color he was using was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend A Plus Reliable Painting.
