A & T Appliance Repair

He came on time and was very courteous. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problems on both appliances. He diagnosed that the dryer vent on the roof was clogged. He was professional in every way. We are highly satisfied with the repair work he did. We would recommend him and we would use his services again.

We needed to order the gasket - $150 retail. Vendor would not take payment until work was done. After initial diagnostic visit, the work was completed when scheduled. I am very satisfied.

I called and talked to Art on the phone, he listened and seemed to be very knowledgeable judging by his answers. I texted him the model number etc. We set up an appointment. Art texted when he was en route and when he would be here. He arrived  on time. The way he answered my questions it was obvious again that he knew what he was talking about. When I mentioned this, he told me of all the years of experience he had. He called and ordered the part while he was here and scheduled another appointment. He only charged me $60.00 for the service call and said the installation would only be an additional $30.00, no matter how long it took. He called to ask if it was still convenient for his return When he got here, he got right to work and explained what he was doing and told me about the construction of my unit.  I will definitely use him again, if I need another appliance worked on and will recommend him.

He was Great! Got there right on time, looked at the dishwasher, and instead of doing costly repairs, he told me it wasn't worth what it would cost to fix it. He was right, it was the cheapest one my Mom could get at the time. I highly appreciate his honesty, and his sense of humor :) He made recommendations, collected for his service call (which was half the cost of the last repair guy we used and didn't like!) and left. I will definitely call him again if something breaks. I trust he won't load me up with unnecessary repairs.

I called them and they arrived early. They did the work the same day and repaired in 2 hours. They are very efficient and courteous.
