I am very happy with the job AJ, Todd, and the crew from 2nd Generation Roofing did for us! Hurricanes Helen and Milton hit our little FL cottage, and we have been waiting a year to get started on renovations. The roof we chose was asphalt shingles in Olde English Pewter, which turned out to be a light gray with a blue/green cast. It looks amazing! Throughout the job, AJ kept in touch via email, sending us photos of the work in progress and the county inspection notice, which approved all their work. Our situation was complicated because of an issue pulling the permit to get started, but AJ stayed with us while we worked all that out with the county flood plain management office. For their friendly customer service, expertise, and quality work, I heartily recommend them!

2nd Gen did a complete tear off, replaced 5 sheets of plywood, and installed asphalt shingles over a ice and water barrier, renailed entire roof every 4 in. Located all roof tie downs insuring 4 nails in ever clip. Tar sealed top of drip edge rarely done. Repaired damage to all corners of facia. Put new aluminum facia all around my home. Completely reroofed a large flat roof section double layered & installed a new tubular skylight. Great job on everything & great cleanup! All ways on time & passed all Inspections. Finishing on time! Very fairly priced & spared no details or did any sort cuts, this was all done weeks before last yearâ s September Hurricane. They came right away and replaced 6 ridge vents shingles & reinspected for any other damage. Found no problems. So satisfied with everything. Beside the ease of working with them

2nd Generation Roofing called me the day after I posted on Angi's List. The owner, AJ Amaya, came to see the project and I received a Proposal that night. We signed the Proposal the next day and the work started the following day and was completed in two days. Amazing response time, follow up and updates on the work. The care in cleaning up after completion was exemplary. We will hire 2nd Generation Roofing again.
