Ward's Plumbing Service

Last week I had Ward Plumbing replace the Polybutelene water pipes in my house with copper pipe. As expected the job was a messy pain to deal with but the entire crew from Wards made it as painless as possible. They made sure we had water available the first night. As for the guys themselves, they all went out of they’re way to be as unobtrusive as possible and every last one was pleasant and professional as they could be. In addition, they made me feel very confident that I had hired them. I would recommend Wards to anyone who needs a plumbing project done. I would most certainly give them a five star rating and would not even consider using anyone else. Special thanks to the entire crew that did the work Mike. Jr., LJ, Oscar And Randy, you guys could not have been nicer!!!

fast & efficient

Very badly. First the master tub (new) install was banging & we were told it would cost extra for a part that would stop the banging. Then the master(new) Bidet was not working so I had to pick up a new unit. The latest was our urinal was not sealed properly and the resulting leak destroyed the painted wall. I had to bring another plumber in to re-install the urinal properly sealed. Also, the recirculating pump was not working properly & had to be rerouted. I suspect the G.C. was not providing Ward with enough money to do the job correctly. A law suit is pending with Ward Plumbing & Vitcar Consulting, the general contracter

Needed to have handyman repair wall behind new toilet after it was installed. Otherwise the job was satisfactory.

Efficient, friendly & professional. Went out of there way to reduce drywall and ceiling damage. Tom and his guys were great!

When the plumber arrived, the maintenance department of the community had not been able to shut the water off feeding the building. They had called the City Water Department, who had not as yet arrived. The plumber found the shut-off and was able to shut off the water so that he was able to complete the job. The work was done in a timely manner. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the work that was done and will use Ward's Plumbing again as well as recommending them to my friends.

Finding a good plumber can be a daunting task. I found Wards Plumbing through a referral and am very pleased with their service and prices.

Perfectly - just like the last time i hired them to do work and which is what two of my friends said of their experience after they had hired them on my recommendation ...
and i am a difficult customer to please .. i ask all kinds of questions and expect an education for my money in addition to a job well and properly done

The experience was a good one from start to finish.

It went PERFECTLY.
i called Ward's on the recommendation of a neighbor..
was told they could probably spare a man during a lull on another job about 7 miles away..
he called back within 15 mins to tell me the plumber would arrive before noon ..
he did .. he was knowlegeable efficient fast neat courteous friendly .. and actually enjoyed my inquisitiveness..
he was extremely careful not to soil anything and cleaned up perfectly..
i recommended Ward's to a friend who used them (different plumber) who was just as pleased

They were excellent.

Very high prices, at the least of $95.00 hour. Very sketchy on estimates for different jobs/problems.

He responded to our request very quickly and promptly provided an estimate. He was very professional and arrived ahead of schedule to began work. He properly prepared the area and protected my flooring. He was very clean and finished his work ahead of schedule. He performed the work as outlined in his estimate and ensured I was satisfied with the work. He did an overall good job.
