The Technician they sent to my home was Anthony. He was very professional, courteous and took the time to answer any questions and explain the situation and what was being to done to rectify the situation, etc. He arrived on time did the work as expiditiously as possible with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. The level of expertise and knowledge was invaluable and I was extremely impressed by everyone at Fox Plumbing including their office staff whom was extremely helpful in assuring I got the requested documents to send to my insurance company. I would definitely call them again in the future and would definitely recommend their services.

Joe came out and wanted a check before he did any work. I thought that was a red flag. I wrote a check and gave it to him, he then check the guest bathroom and the master bathroom. He put down his cloth and took apart everything and spent around 40 minutes in there. He said he finished and left. When I later checked the bathroom I noticed the problem was still there. I called the company back and they sent him out again. This time he brought murlatic acid and put that down the sinks which ruined the porcelin and metal plug. I checked after he left and saw the erosion and coating of the porcelain was ruined. I was not happy and would never use him again.

Fox Plumbing was called and they arrived early the following day. The repairman was courteous and professional. There was a minor glitch with the plunger part of the sink. It was not flush and water could not be retained in the sink. Dave Fox himself showed up to my father's apartment the next day and made the proper repair. A great family owned business.

He did the job in less than 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and efficient.I appreciated his honesty, demonstration and explanation.I have used them in the past, and have always had good results - a very reliable and honest operation.
