I contacted Universal Blinds and Shutters, after receiving a referral from the online site HomeAdvisor. Mark, company owner and founder, promptly called me directly and personally set up an appointment to discuss options for repair or replacement of our living room vertical blinds. The cost of a repair seemed reasonable and we concluded that a repair would be most appropriate to address our concerns. I was impressed that Mark could have pushed for the purchase of new blinds but instead gave us the option to replace the existing track as the slats and valence were in fairly good condition. A new track was ordered and installed professionally and efficiently by Marcos, company installer. The entire experience was very positive and took about ten business days from my initial call, to ordering and receiving a new track, to installation. I already have and will continue to highly recommend this company to friends and family.
