Absolutely excellent !! I live in Pompano in the building that was built in the 70s. This company was recommended to me highly, although I was skeptical because of all the horror stories you hear about construction companies, I am glad follows my friend's advice. She had a great experience and so did I. I called a few companies, And after a few conversations I realize that I was in good hands. The work was done not only to my requests and specifications but it was done neat clean and when they said they would do it. I have to add much to my surprise I expected some delays especially during covid-19, I felt extremely safe with all of the precautions that they have taken. they handled everything from the insurance company to planning around my schedule. I was extremely satisfied have put their card on the bulletin board at the condo and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am not really big on computers or reviews but this company certainly has gone out of its way and deserves to be used by others 5 * all the way

The call came in mid Nov/17 informing me that my condo in Florida was being attacked by mold along with some water damage. Being Canadian I was about to begin my seemingly horrifying adventure battling the problem. Prior to the call my only involvements with mold was that ‘other’ type of mold found in the various brands of cheeses. Not able to get down to the condo due business reasons I started my excursion thru the internet sites exploring the various technologies involved in mold testing remediation etc. etc. and things quickly became overwhelming being one born north of the 49th. It would be an impossible challenge to manage the various stages of the repair, coordinating each facet of the repair remotely from Canada. Then I happened upon Triumph Property Services and after a few short minutes on the phone discussing my situation I realized I had contacted a company capable of not only the tear-out and reconstruction but the one to coordinate approved subcontractors such as mold testing and other specialists as required by state. Thanks principally to Phil McKay Project Coordinator at Triumph along with their crew of workers the project was completed efficiently to above normal workmanship standards. Only positive comments from my neighbours indicated little if any interference in their day to day activities while Triumph was onsite. Thank You to the Triumph group “A JOB WELL DONE”

The entire process took a little longer than we expected, but I believe it is because they were paying attention to detail and because the insurance company was slow to pay. They were knowledgeable in dealing with insurance carriers and extremely professional in addressing our needs and interacting with the insurance company. Overall, the experience was excellent and I want to thank the entire Triumph Team for their hard work and expertise.

Josiah Kapp and Triumph Property Services, Inc. remediated a water and mold issue in my mother in law's condominum in Del Ray, Florida recently. He came and inspected the site, told me exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done to rectify the situation, what the costs would be (and specifically the total cost to my mother in law being only the deductible on her homeowner's) and then dealt with the insurance company on her behalf! He remediated the problem in an excellent and timely fashion and we are extremely pleased with the job that was done and the service we received from Triumph!!

I called Josiah on the phone ask about a roofing repair. He gave me great info and actually advised me to wait until we need to replace the roof, as opposed to putting money into something that would eventually need to be replaced later. He was very honest, informative and extremely helpful. Will definitely be contacting him when we need to do a full replacement!

After heavy rains, I noticed water coming down the laundry room wall. Initially I called several large roofers on Angies List, they all were too busy and told me I had to wait at least a week! Luckily I found Josiah on Angies List, and he came over that day to check out the situation. He was able to get his roofer over the next day! I'm attaching some pictures that show the before/after of the roof and laundry room. Josiah was also able to be there when the insurance adjuster came to the house. The great thing about Triumph was that they handle everything, from the roof repair to renovation to mold remediation and even insurance. And Rickie, who was the crew leader, was very skilled and professional. He and Josiah made a great team! I am extremely grateful that I used Triumph Property Services to fix my house. They were quick on the job and finished quickly too. Their work is excellent. I would not hesitate to call Josiah at Triumph for any future issues with my house.

The guy that came out to talk to us was very good. He was sociable and knowledgeable. The roof hasn't leaked since.

It was November 2015, and I had walked into some serious water damage in my Florida home after a brief absence. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Josiah Kapp. He was quick to make an assessment. He took samples to send to the lab and test for mold. Indeed, the next day, he confirmed I had a mold issue and advised me to sleep elsewhere. But I was leaving town again in a few days and was at a huge disadvantage to leave and relocate. He then proceeded to bring in 2 big fans that would keep the air quality clean and greatly reduce any chances of developing headaches and such. I left 2 days later for business, and they quickly started the work soon after. A few walls would have to be taken down, remove all mold, and rebuild. He assured me that all furniture would be covered. Not a speck of dusk would be found once done. The paint job would also be done better than when they started the work. He is a man of his word!! I walked into my home a month later, and everything was in excellent condition. The work was impeccable. The costumer service from Mr. Kapp was above and beyond excellent. He was pleasant and explained all the work thoroughly. He provided before, during and after pictures of the work while I was absent. The work provided by Mr Kapp and his workers was Grade A+. I highly recommend his services for all home renovations needed due to damages.

Following the torrential rains here in South Florida recently I discovered two areas where my roof was leaking. I called four different roofers from the Angie's List site and Triumph was the first to respond. They came out to assess the damage the day after I called. I made the call on a Friday, they came out on Saturday and the job was finished by Monday afternoon. I received the Angie's List discount, no questions asked. When Josiah came to the house for the initial inspection he was neat, clean and professionally dressed in a Triumph collared shirt. When his workers arrived on Monday they too were in Triumph shirts. They were friendly, competent, and thorough. I was told that if my roof continued to give me problems that part of the money I spent on these repairs would go towards the cost of a new roof should that situation arise. From the beginning, Josiah was stressing fixing the existing roof rather than replacing it even though it is an old roof. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend Triumph to anyone looking for an honest, competent roofer. We hear so many horror stories about roofers here in South Florida, it's good to know there are also some good ones out there. I feel like I was lucky enough to find one.

The roof leaked that I called about went fine. I had a second problem of water in my garage that has been occurring for years when there was a hard rain. I showed this to them and indicated that happens regularly, however I never saw any indications that it was a roof leak, e.g, no damage or water seen on the walls. Josiah had one of his guys go up into the attic, which was hard to access and told me that they had found the source this problem and I agreed to pay the extra $1200 + materials to have it repaired. The next big rain came and the leak that I had called about was fixed, however I was still seeing water in the garage. I called Triumph and they came back to the house and told me that the water was coming through the bottom of the door to the garage. Triumph offered to put together a quote to eliminate this source of water but never heard from them again.

We had major problems and most roofers where out 2-3 weeks. He came over last week, the second day of the torrential rains, and by Monday his workers where at our home as promised on time 830 AM and left as late in PM when darkness hit. In 3 days they had repaired the many roof problems over our garage plus the hole in the sheet rock roof of the garage itself and the insulation. They checked our whole roof outside in inside,located many other roof tiles that where broken and replaced them heading off new problems and further damage and leaks to our roof. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!

I needed this completed as a part of my home inspection on a property i am planning on buying. There was a short window of time to get this completed and though Triumph could not accommodate they referred me to another inspector who was able to complete the inspection and report in less than 24 hours. Once complete Triumph when out their way again for me and completed an estimate to help me make a decision. The inspection cost was $500 but that for me was a good price for a last minute request. They really cam through for me. If I end up with the home I certainly will give him the job.

It went okay. I don't remember the specifics but I was overall pleased.

It was nothing special. The ad says that they use this camera or whatever they used to pin point where you are having a leak but that’s not what they are doing. They use some type of inferred to reach the wet area. They don’t get on the roof nor do they go on the roof. When they came out to do the repair it took them sometime to find out where the leak was coming from. So that service did not do anything in locating the leak so it is more of a gimmick. All it just shows where the water is and more often than not the customer already can see where the water is and that is why they called for the first place. My interactions were good. they did the repair but that was separate from the big deal.

Truimph Property Services Paid the money that I had paid to Angies List I am completely satisfied with the resolution of this matter.

It was excellent. He?s very polite and courteous and comes promptly; he did a few extra things for me and didn?t charge me for that. He has good workmen and comes by himself to double-check everything is okay.

They were on time, friendly and professional. The owner did an amazing job with getting permits and other paperwork handled. When evaluating my roof he found damage from a tornado and was able to work with my insurance company to get most of my roof paid for by insurance. Exceptional service with the consumer in mind. Would highly recommend this company. The owner is a consummate professional. He has done numerous call backs and assisted me with other aspects of the job such as seeking other insurance companies that are possibly more responsive to situations. He saved me about $20,000 in costs. In this day and age you don't find professionals as consumer friendly as this anymore.

Josiah was prompt, professional and provided an overview of potential fixes as well as their approximate cost. He was direct and didn't try to up-sell me on a more extensive approach once he understood what my needs were. During the course of the repair, he and his team discovered and documented a much more extensive problem than was originally apparent. He prepared a detailed report including photos, which helped me to better understand the issue, as well as provide documentation for insurance appeals. Overall, the team provided solid work and got the job done within the parameters and costs that were presented at the outset.

The inspection revealed no trouble spots. The inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you Angies List!

Spoke with Triumph on a Friday. They stopped by Friday night to assess the roof problem. They advised how to make sure I knew where the leak was coming from ( next rain ), because they did not want to fix and charge me for a problem that was not there. Very honest. On Saturday, it rained again and I found in the attic, the area where the water was coming in. Triumph fit me into their full schedule because of the urgency of a roof with a hole in it and rain on the way. They let me know about what time they would arrive on Monday and were within 15 minutes of their arrival estimation. They also called when they were close. When they arrived, I was introduced to the two other workers. They repaired the valley in front of roof (where leak was coming from). This included detaching and resetting tiles, applying modified adhesive trowel grade and modified bitumen sheet goods tied into adjacent areas. They were efficient and knowledgable. I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They finished in less than three hours and cleaned up all areas. Fair pricing also and I got my Angie's List discount! I will recommend Triumph to everyone!
