TONY POTMAS

I have a 13 year old barrel tile roof. In reason years, small problems have developed in the roof valleys and around stacks (pipes above bathrooms). I had a guy work on one of the more significant problems a year ago but it wasn't done correctly. I have had Tony working on these roof issues after initially hiring him to pressure clean an exterior wall that had vine roots stuck to the wall. A pressure washer of 3300 PSI or greater is required to remove the roots from stucco walls. He got the job done. Of course you will have to re-paint the wall. Tony says he has worked on roofs for 20 plus years and he seems to know how to identify and fix problems. If Tony is going to be late, he calls and gives you a status update. I appreciate that trait in a person. He says he is licensed and insured. I like him and he seems to know what he is doing.
