They are just a chain and they are well known here. I use them because they are very good and their head mechanic is excellent. I've never had a repair that I had to question with them. What I like about them is that they are honest and even though they itemize you, you understand what they are doing because they present you the estimate first and then they do whatever you say.

I really can't go into all the details of how horribly I was treated by this service.
My only advice is to stay far away from this business.
After paying $600 for a repair my car broke down due to another part which broke
down. I received an estimate of $485 and told the service not to do the repair until
I thought about it over the weekend.
I called on Monday to say don't do the repair, I was informed it was completed and
the bill was $485. I said what happens now, I never authorized the repair, I was
informed they would remove the part and I owed $100 for service. I asked what if
I felt I should not pay $100 I was told to bring my title to the car down, they would
keep the car and I would not owe $100.
The owner was abusive and intimating to me, I had the car picked up to a trash company
then was informed I owed $150 by the owner with a terrible attitude, why didn't I just
bring the title, etc.
The next day after I gave the title to the trash company, I received a phone call from
the business asking if I still had the car, they had a buyer for it.
Absolutely a terrible experience.

They provide great service.

I used Tilden Car Care Center and I have stayed with them. They are in Delray Beach. I used them two months ago. It was maybe $150. I have been using them for five years. They always send me notices when it's time for service and they have always been pretty upfront about things. They are near my house. But they haven't done anything to piss me off. So that is a good thing. Everything that has happened I have anticipated. I don't think they are the cheapest, but as long as they are giving me good service I'm willing to pay a little bit more. When I looked around at other places I didn't see that anyone else was cheaper.

Had a nail in one of my tires. They were able to find the nail, patch the tire and send me on my way in less than 1/2 hours.

But many of them were faulty. They recommended that I have the timing belts changed but it didn't need it. They also said the power steering fluid needed changing but that never needs to be done. Their prices are high. They do give you your car with the unneeded repairs on time.
