Description of Work: Not only did he update all of my Apple devices to the latest version, he also removed the viruses from my PC. Now it runs much faster, like new! He also showed me how to install new apps on my iPhone and to back up my iPhone so I would not lose my contacts and my phone numbers.

Description of Work: Not only did he update my computer and iPhone and I pad to the latest version, he showed me how to usual of my Apple products together for a much better computing experience. Needless to say, he fixed all of the problems that I was having.

 + -1 moreHe was at my home in a timely manner. Ross charged me what I thought was an appropriate amount of money for his services. He was intelligent and easy to deal with.
Description of Work: Helped me with my iPhone 6S so that it synced with my iPad. He showed me how to download aps for the phone and to back up my contacts so that I wouldn't lose them. He also taught me how to navigate through all the features on the phone. He was patient and informative. I will definitely have him come to assist me again in the future.
