I first utilized T and S over a year ago when I moved into my condo. The place had not been cleaned satisfactorily when I went to sign my lease (all it really received was a fresh coat of paint). T and S came in and made it spotless! The cleaned the appliances: they got burnt crud out of the stove, sanitized the fridge and bathrooms, removed the built-up grease from the kitchen cabinets (the previos tenants apparently fried EVERYTHING) and cleaned the window/sills. They also pressure cleaned about an inch thick layer of bird poop off the balcony (a potential bio-hazard) ... and I lived on the 3rd floor!
They did such a good job and were so flexible and professional that when I moved out, I called them again. This time they did all the same services (minus the bird poop) with the additional task of carpet cleaning. Sheila is a professional and engaging and a genuine nice woman!
