We had a fence installed, there were 2 posts from the install that the salesperson Jeff promised us they would put extra concrete because it wasn't stable, 2 days after the installation. Then a couple of weeks later hurricane Irma hit. The two post, including others cracked, fell down and bent. When we called them they said they would charge us per post and panel to fix. The total came to $450 for everything. I gladly paid before the work was completed because the man working said he would come back to finish the next day. Well, he didn't come back. The sales person Jeff said they already "lost their shirts" on the repair and they couldn't do any more work. He insulted my husband and me in the process as well. I told him he promised to fix the 2 original ones at no extra cost the day after the install and he said "well it doesn't matter what I said." implying that since we didn't have it in writing his word means nothing. After much argumentation and frustration, he finally said it would be $100 a post, I agreed just to have it done. Then 20 minutes later he went back on his word again and said that no he can't do it for $100 because someone needed to come out and check the damage to see what they have to charge us. They never returned to quote it. Our permit expired because of all of this nonsense so we had to pay to get our permit renewed, now they won't respond to schedule the inspection or post our permit. Save yourself the time & frustration, find a better-organized company. They are truly the worst. Check out their BBB rating, it is an F, I wish I did before I worked with them.

This job was a disaster from beginning to end. If you go with them, sign off every detail and watch them like a hawk when installing. I wanted to replace an existing wood shadowbox fence with one in vinyl, like for like. They had no shadowbox samples to show me and said to look it up online. The fencing I saw online was not what I got. I was not told it would have a horizontal line going through the middle. The gate section doesn't even match the rest of the fencing. Obviously the salesperson, who changed from first visit to order, did not bother communicating these things with me. The work was completely crooked, skewed, and uneven and doesn't line up on either side of the walkway. They replaced a 3' wide gate with a 5' wide gate that was so heavy it wouldn't shut. They burst a sprinkler pipe. The chief installer came out and said the job was done poorly to the point where I almost considered replacing the whole thing, yet I was told when I called the office that the chief installer said nothing was wrong with the job. They wanted to charge me to come back and fix it (I heard varying prices from the salesperson and manager.) They did come back to try and level the sections and fix the gate so it at least closed but they burst a second sprinkler pipe in the process. Not only did it cost us in sprinkler repair, the two side panels are less level than before and the gate still doesn't close properly. I wonder how the owner would feel if this was on his property.

Great Customer Service. From the salesman to office staff all the way to Install We were taken care of. Got fence completed in a timely manner. Installers where neat and clean, did a fantastic job on Fence. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence.

Took a while to get this fence signed the contract in early February didn't install till late April  Some of this is that the city takes 5-6 weeks for a permit but once the permit was in I called and the materials had not arrived yet.  Not sure if the manufacture was late or they were ordered late.  It was never explained to me.  Once they had the materials they could not tell me when installation would be,  but then called me and had it scheduled fairly quickly but on short notice.  Installers were polite and professional.  I had 3 gates on the plan and only 2 arrived so had an opening in the fence.  Part of the fence was damaged and one of the two gates that installed was not centered. They fixed all the issues with in 2 days after initial install.  There is still a mess from where the dug the holes and put sand on grass and in some mulch beds.  I used to landscape as a summer job so I might a little bit picky on this point, but we never left the sand on top of beds or in the yard. only takes a little raking to make look ok.  They basically do good work and follow through to get things right.  Would have given an A but there were a few hiccups along the way but they fixed the issues.

The salesman, was very salesman like. He was non specific and it gave me a feeling of doubt. The type of fence I wanted wasn't their forte and he explained why it was not good. Not so. I went with another vendor who I would HIGHLY recommend.

Judy was excellent at explaining and showing the various types of vinyl fencing. The installer Ben was an extremely efficient, intelligent , hard working and polite young man. Tom the scheduler was very nice. Due to weather conditions, I did not get the installation as soon as I would have liked, but no one has control of the weather especially in florida. Tom was very good about working around my schedule. The price was high but that was mostly due to the type and quality of fence I choose. I was very happy about their service and have recommended them to several people. I will defenitly use them in the future.

It went great. Be present when the guys are working cos sometimes the drawings are not clear. I could not be happier.

Price was reasonable, The estimator was on time and professional. I made some last minute changes to the number of gates and gate placement and they accommodated this in a timely manor.  They took care of all the licensing. Minor clean up issues were dealt with right away.
