Students Moving You Boynton Beach Movers

I started out like any good customer. I got multiple quotes from several different moving companies. I recently had back surgery and unfortunately I am unable to lift heavy items so I needed a mover to move my large furniture. I had two couches, two TV's, a TV stand, a dining room table, and a two bedroom sets. The first bedroom set consisted on a crib and two medium sized dressers. The second bedroom set was a king size bed and two large dressers. Multiple moving companies quoted me around $500-$600 to move these items into a storage unit. When Students Moving You came to my house for the estimate they told me they could do it in under two hours and they can do it for $450. Being that their quote came in the lowest we decided to book with them. This was a huge mistake. When they arrived they went over the contract with me and it stated that they were charging me $135 for the truck and gas and supplies and it was $120 per hour for the two movers. They also claimed again that the move shouldn't take more than two hours to do and I questioned it because at two hours the bill was going to be under $400 and they initially told me it would run around $450. The mover told me they always over quote so that customer's are pleased when it comes in less. At this point I was excited and I was going to cover the difference in a tip for the movers so i signed the contract and they got started. From this point forward the move was a nightmare. It took them two hours to move the bedroom furniture. They were so slow and took constant breaks and everytime i turned around they were sitting in their truck moving my furniture from one side of the truck to another. I started complaining that they were taking too long and they told me don't worry the unloading is much faster. They finally got everything on the truck in about three hours and now had to drive to the storage unit literally one block away. When we got to the storage unit they took their sweet time taking everything off of the truck to the point where I actually started moving the stuff myslef. I was so mad I called the company and the owner was not only incredibaly rude but called me a liar and hung up on me several times. By the end of the move the final bill came out to $750. This was the worst experience I have ever had a I beg of anyone thinking about using these scam artists to think again because they will quote you a low price to get the job and then rip you off. Worst moving company EVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

The worse experience ever! 3 guys took forever to move. One guy was on his phone for a half of the time. They damaged my glass top table, mirror, and other furniture. I left them home because they needed to finish putting some furniture together and I paid for additional time. When I came back home all furniture were left on the floor and guys were gone. I have called multiple times and emailed them and haven't spoken to or heard back from their manager, it's been over a month. I paid $1800.00 for their horrible job. When I called Boynton numer for the estimate they gave me a price $735.00 . I understand the meaning of the word "Estimate", however in this particular case my job exited the estimated time by more that double. This is unacceptable. This seems to be a case where the associates provided the estimate is falling short just to secure the contract. I’m not in the moving business when I’m given an estimate I expect within that range not double (almost triple) Knowing that this service would have cost me almost $1,800.00 instead of $735.00 I was prepared for some delays, one or two additional hours, but not almost 11 hours. Today I called the again, and they just told me that nobody will come to fix or estimate any damages at all and they hang up. Don't use them!!

I had the best experience with this company. The guys arrived on time and first assessed the job at hand and then got right to work carefully wrapping all my furniture and even brought extra boxes and rental wardrobes for my clothes. It was long day, but the entire move went smoothly and perfectly. The only negative thing I would say is the person who gave me a quote on the phone underestimated the length of time for the job and I ended up paying slightly more than what I was quoted. That being said, I would still recommend this company and hope if you do, you are lucky enough to get Luco and Luis -- they were very professional and personable, and they worked really hard. Hope the company is reading this and gives them a raise! I can't say enough good things about them and how they made what is normally a stressful process very easy.

Can't say enough great things about Student Movers! These guys were punctual, efficient, polite and professional, and their pricing is really reasonable. They took care of my move with awesome attitudes and ease.

Your staff from beginning to end is professional. Third time using your company. Love the whole company concept and your friendly service and willingness to help. Thank you very much for another successful moving day. As usual, the gentlemen were superb and everything was treated with care. Our family has some very valuable, important pieces (antiques and heirlooms) in our possession, and I totally trust your guys to handle them perfectly every time. I will most definitely use your services again in the future.

Joe and the two other guys (that I unfortunately forgot the names of) were great! Very efficient and they definitely knew what they were doing. They were also really polite and handled all my furniture and belongings well. I was very happy with their service especially since I called last minute, as soon as my roommate and I realized we weren’t able to move everything by ourselves.
