The mortgage application process ia a daunting maze like pathway through all kinds of bureaucracy paperwork and Steve is incredibly adept at holding your hand from start to finish. He really knows the ins and outs of the whole system and has a very professional demeanor but at the same time comes across as a friend that is genuinely helping you.
