 + -1 moreSteve Shalaby is the owner of Streamline Financial Group and personally handles most clients himself. My wife and I determined we wanted a reverse mortgage and did considerable investigative analysis over a several month period and concluded that we did not want to use any of the TV personality companies. That is why we searched for and found Steve. By the way he handles all types of mortgages (not just reverse) and is also a licensed real estate agent. The mortgage application process ia a daunting maze like pathway through all kinds of bureaucracy paperwork and Steve is incredibly adept at holding your hand from start to finish. He really knows the ins and outs of the whole system and has a very professional demeanor but at the same time comes across as a friend that is genuinely helping you. My wife and I have sprnt over 40 years in the service business ouselves and think we are pretty good judges of the good, bad and ugly and it was a real pleasure dealing with Steve. You won't go wrong with him.
