Steve has an excellent knowledge of building code and is very detail conscious. In fact he always takes his own measurements to verify
validity of previous documents.
Detailed plans are very important to eliminate disputes between homeowners and contractors. Most people find that detailed blueprints are a great money saver. Change orders are eliminated, relationships between homeowner and contractors are smoothed. Overall , the building or renovation experience is made stress-free. I recommend Steve often to people who approach a contractor and say "I think I want to change etc."
