Southern Collision

This is the third time I've used this company. This time they repaired a dented bumper and a door ding on my 2015 Mercedes. Their quote was not inexpensive but it seemed fair (I did not get other quotes), and because it didn't exceed my deductible, I paid out-of-pocket. They suggested it would take 3-days, but warned the July 4 holiday might interfere, which it did and it ended up being 7 days. They called me to ask if I could wait, which was fine with me since I have another vehicle. The finished product looks better than new, and they completely cleaned the car, inside and out. They called a day after I picked it up to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy.

In anticipation of returning my Prius at the termination of the lease, I brought the car to Southern Collision for a repair estimate. Their estimate was rendered promptly, and it turned out to be over 50% LESS than a competitive bid I received from another local shop.
The car was subsequently inspected by a Toyota service company, and the inspector noticed the fender repair and stated that it was "okay" but stated that the panel was not properly aligned. Honestly, the panel looked just fine to me, but I'm no auto body expert. Toyota charged me $25 for "further evaluation." Since the charge was nominal I did not contest it, and because no further costs were assessed to me after the car was returned to the Lessor, I let the matter go.
Southern Collision did a fine job as far as I am concerned. Their price was proven to be better and they delivered on time. Had I not received the "ding" from Toyota's inspection person, I would have given the work quality an "A" rating.

Met by Leeann who was efficient, pleasant and totally capable.  She viewed damage, brought out the gentleman who would be actually doing the work and then told us what could and would be done.  We spoke of scheduling and we informed her of our needs.  She met them exactly.  During the 4 days that the car was there she called us, as she said she would, to let us know of the progress.  As a result we not only extremely pleased with the a job well done, but with the Leeann and her professionalism.  We would recommend Southern Collision to anyone who needed excellent service, honest service with a smile.  ASK FOR LEEANN!!

I brought my car to several different auto bod shops, and southern auto collision was reasonably priced and hare grate customer service. The owner Stan is such a delight!  My car looks amazing and the turn around time was excellent.

The work took 2 days and looked great. My car is an older model so i was surprised they polished it all up and even cleaned the interior!

When I got my vehicle back, there were things missing. I confronted them about the items missing and they claimed that no one stole anything.

From start to finish my experience with Southern Collision was excellent.  I was kept informed as the car was being fixed. Once my car was finished Southern Collision dropped it off, and picked up my rental car and returned it for me...couldnt have asked for better service...

Everything went well from walking through the front door to leaving the shop. The whole staff is very professional and responsive to my needs. They kept me updated on how things are proceeding and work in a timely matter to get my car back to me. If i ever have another problem, i will be going straight to Southern.
