SFLL appeared very knowledgeable about lighting during the initial interview.  SFLL were Initially very responsive, but a few months after we signed an annual maintenance agreement the level of service fell off and repairs and adjustments would take weeks.  They apologized for being too busy, but for the last few months of the annual contract period the company did not complete repairs at all and were completely non-responsive.  At the end of the agreement many fixtures were not operating that were covered by the maintenance agreement and repaired by the agreement.
