 + -1 moreRefreshing Service in the phone industry! With a broken phone and insurance I headed to my local AT&T store on Congress. I was given very little help and even told "they don't have phone" there. I headed to Metro PCS looking for a replacement phone until I could figure out what to do. Thankfully they told me about "Smart Phone Fixer" in the same plaza. And thank goodness. They we're able to tell me what was wrong with my phone and instead of giving me a bunch of bull, they first tried to loan me a phone and then gave me a very inexpensive solution (go to Walmart and buy a GoPhone the AT&T to replace sim card). They didn't ask me for a penny. AT&T could have easily done this for me when I first walked in, but they we're more interested in selling me internet or TV service. Unbelievable! Thank you to everyone at Smart Phone Fixer. I will use you for all my phone "fixing" needs from here on out! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Please tell your friends. We can not let these small good businesses get ignored because of big business around the corner!
Description of Work: Opened and dissected the phone to see what the damage was. Gave me the least expensive solution best for me. Even tried to find a loaner phone for me. Did not charge me for anything.
