So it was installed as they wanted (poorly) they spend 7 hours when I was quoted 2-4 hours, with a special lift they stretch the installation as much as possible and presented me with a bill of $ 1,215.00. they use the movers tactics to make overtime and rape the clients. I soon as told them I was not ready to pay that amount, I offer $ 1,000, they said no problem we call the police and make a report. of course the police cannot get involve, but they involve their attorney,(an ambulance chaser). I called a real Electrician who charge me $ 150.00 to extend the chain and lower the unit 7 ' as we originally wanted, with a 24 ' ladder. he spend only an hour and not 7 hours by himself with out any fancy equipment but he knew what he was doing. Their are the worst company to deal with, their practice extorsion to ripe off client.

It went extremely well. Sir Electric uses no subcontractors, all their electricans are company employees. They are located in Boynton Beach and family owned. When you call their office during business hours someone always answers the phone and speaks with you. All of this was very important to us. George, the Supervisor, visited the jobsite often while Mark and Maurice installed as per the plan. George worked with us to upgrade the electrical at our Townhouse with the latest LED energy efficient technology, using coordinating dimmers that were compatible with LED lighting. They completely upgraded our electrical to 2013 standards. Sir Electric came when they said they were coming. All their electricians were professional, courteous and cleaned up after each day of work, which was important to us. Since using SIr Electric on our home, we have had Sir Electric perform electrical service work at our business and had the same satisfied experience.
