SHACKMAN & SHACKMAN

I was very vulnerable, and I feel that Michael took advantage of me. I have a broken front door handle that he said he would fix, and he never did. When I asked him about it, he said he would send a handyman. When the handyman called me, he said it was not a big enough job for him to do! Now Michael won't answer my calls, and his superior says nothing was in writing, so they are not responsible for it.  Also, he recommended the inspector that I used, and the inspector overcharged me and didn't even see a hole in one of the windows! Michael's boss said there was no way to prove that the window wasn't broken after the inspection, and they took no responsibility for that or any of my other concerns.
