Jay and his crew did an excellent job of installing PGT doors and windows at our home.  Courteous and prompt, they installed everything on time and took the time to do a professional job.  I would recommend Royal Pro to anyone.

I don't do reviews on a company until I have the opportunity to experience the "aftermath" of the job. This job definitely calls for an A+ review.  Jay, his company and crew did a wonderful job on the install. they were prompt, courteous and reliable.  All calls were returned and work was performed on schedule. The entire install took only 1 1/2 days and the windows were beautiful. Our window choice was on the low end but Jay made sure it fit into our budget.  It's been over a year now and I am happy to report that the windows are still like new and operate with ease. They added beauty and security to our home. When we are gone we have peace of mind in knowing that a simple rock cannot break the window and allow access to our home.  If I had another house I would have Jay and his crew back in a heartbeat... A new home to us, this two story 5,000 sq ft house needed “new skin” not just aesthetically but it needed to be
upgraded to new windstorm requirements. We needed all new doors and windows. We changed some wall openings, added new ones and just retro fitted others.
I discovered that there are many considerations and options when choosing new windows and doors. Jay from Royal Pro was extremely patient and responsive with all my questions and concerns. He also offered solutions. I told him in the beginning that I treat my windows like furniture. Further, it made no sense to me to spend thousands on new windows and then months later have to look out dirty glass on the second floor unless I wanted to climb a ladder. Again, Jay had the solution.
We settled on a variety of PGT products. The windows came exactly as ordered and were delivered exactly when promised.
The installation crew headed by Ken (Hippo) began immediately and was completed within two weeks. Ken and his crew arrived every day on time, cleaned up after themselves daily and were very protective of the homeowners “stuff”.
At this point, I think it is important to let readers know that we lived in the home during the replacement of the windows and doors (in Florida, in the summer with the rain). Royal Pro had to move and protect personal items and furniture and protect wall openings from the weather. Ken planned his work around the holes in the house that need to be closed first due to our exposure to the weather.
I would also add that the installation crew was in every room in this house. I was never given any reason to question the honesty of the entire crew. They were always professional, clean and behaved as thou they were in someone’s home rather than on a
construction site.
There were a few minor details at the end of the project (there always are) that Jay and Ken attended to quickly and thoroughly.
I have been asked by neighbors if I would do it again. My response is “Yes, but not without Royal Pro.” This project
needed the just perfect contractor to be successful and keep me happy. Jay, Ken and crew were the best I could ever
have chosen.

I'll start at the beginning with Jay, the saleman, he knew all about the windows and was able to give us the information we needed to make a decision. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding the house being open, damage and clean up issues - along with concerns with the security system. He assured us these things would not be issues - and he was right. We have alot of windows so our job took a few days to do. They were here each day when they said they would be here, they worked the entire day. I never worried they were damaging anything or that they were doing other things. Jose and Ariel are very hard workers along with their boss. They had some real challenges with the size and setting of some of the windows. We have all shapes and sizes - tall, round, arched... their measurements were EXCELLENT and the windows fit in beautifully. They also had to work around previously installed shutters and siding... although they said there could be some problems - if there were they didn't show it and you certainly couldn't see it. They know exactly what they are doing. They had to undo the security but were careful in protecting the system so that it could easily be reconnected. I almost gave them a B in professionalism just because they got a little heavy on the inside caulking at the end on a few windows - and our windows were bronze so the caulking is really important. (Suggestion * get some disposable latex gloves - it will be easier to work with and you have no mess on you or in sinks when you are done!) Anyway - went with the A because the rest of the job was just too dang good! Pulled the necessary permit and passed inspection without a problem.
I would use them again.... I would recommend them... I would buy them disposable gloves :)

Customer service (Jay) was superb, and very knowledgeable about their products.
Installation was timely, extremely well done. It was a pleasure doing business with Royal Pros Aluminum.

Very Good Jeff ordered them right away, installation was smooth.
Only issue was that vendor did not know there were three reviews needed by Jupiter for code compliance.

Jeff who was the salesman and knew impact windows and doors, helped me through the process. The date and times were given to me and there were no excuses. Everything was handled in a professional an caring way. The installer was wonderful. They were very careful and cleaned up after the job was done. This company is the one I would use for impact or regular window, sliding doors. The product PGT is wonderful and the added quite is a bonus.
