Though he was very pleasant, he did a terrible job. The screens were window weight and not slider screen weight. The splines were not flat ones as they should have been so some screens popped out. One screen was installed on a slant. There were places that the screens pouched out...The replaced door handles were noty the proper ones for patio doors. The paint was not the right color and didn't match the color used in this subdivision. There were other problems like the doors not closing automatically and staying open until I pulled them shut. The screws used were not the correct ones. Etc., etc., etc. It is costing me an extra $480 to fix the problems...And I can't change the paint. He insisted that it was originally black and I didn't fully agree because next door the paint is bronze, like the handles he provided! I am very upset and I haven't heard back from him after I called him back for the probably the 5th time. UPDATE: Here is the follow-up: Justin said that he felt badly and would pay me back half of what the professionals charged me for the repair. Ha!! And I believed him! The company that did the complete new job showed me what they took away - the wrong grade screening, the wrong size spline - the spline Justin used was too small and was in numerous pieces, all cut up; the wrong door latches and so on. Now my screen doors close automatically which they did not do after Justin finished. This turned out to be an unnecessarily expensive job. I have been in the renovation business for a long time and never have had such a poor job done - my first experience with screening in two porches. What a rip-off!

A courteous and professional person answered my first call and scheduled a convenient time (2 hour window) for the worker to come take a look, give an estimate and complete the work if we approved. The worker called at the window time to confirm, arrived promptly, gave a reasonable estimate, and completed the work within an hour. Our door now slides open and closed with one finger. Easy, professional, prompt repair at a reasonable cost! Just the way we wish all such problems were resolved.
