Very well, it is a very large unit. It took three men to get out of house.

WOW does Mike care about the work he does - so impressed he painted 2 rooms in my home that needed extra help - never have I seen a man care about the people he works for like Mike - I swear he would do it for free if he could.
Wish I could afford to pay him double as this is how much of a great painter and person Mike is.

Spoke with Mike (Jr) Rogers and he came immediately to give a free estimate. Wow were they professional and all business when the four of them showed up (all family). To watch these guys work you would think they were working on their own homes. It had been since I built the home in 2003 that it was last painted so my home was in rough shape. To not ramble on the exterior seal and paint job of both my deck and my home were beyond all expectations. BUT here is where they seperated from all other workers I have ever dealt with in my entire life:
1. One of my gutters was hanging about 6 inches away from my home (on one corner). Mike took it upon himself to repair it without even mentioning it or adding any price...I know it had to take time and he had to buy hardware to re-attach - unbelievable
2. Both my faux ledges surrounding my home and my door jams have seen better days and have needed repair. Mike offered to clean them both up (dont know what he used so I cant be more specific), but he sculpted with both to make them look new and then painted them - again all without additional cost.
3. The color of the deck came out, well pretty much pink (was suppose to be a color called hot cocoa), and my wife (and I) hated it. I called Mike that night when I came home from work and again to make a long story short he suggested I get another color as he already was coming back to do another coat to finish (the deck also sucked up so much paint as it had never been painted since we built that too). So he said he would get the extra paint and only charge me and quot;hisand quot; cost. I didnt expect this, but was happy to not be stuck with a pink deck :) (Oh and by the way he gave me the receipt - nobody does work like these guys. They should change their name to Integrity Painting as if it were possible to give them higher than an A, I would.
