Roger Dean quit in the middle of the job after rescheduling several times to complete installation of replacement ice maker. Multiple (creative) excuses given to explain failure to show up when scheduled. This after over $1000 was spent to restore circuit boards refrigerator.

The technician arrived timely, checked the machine out, there was nothing wrong and the $80 I paid would be credited if I had another problem. I thought that was fair. I have not had a problem with the machine since.

Roger listened to what I had to say, offered to pickup what he thought would fix the problem, showed up on time and was spot on. He couldn't have been more accommodating and his time frame was as promised. This is one great small appliance service company!!
