The entire process went extremely well. When we lived in NJ we had an electrical contractor who was smart, honest, competitive and trustworthy. Each time there was a challenge it was dealt with creatively and with minimal collateral damage. We were concerned that in our new S. FL home that we would never find anyone who met the qualifications of our northern professional electrician. Our concerns were gone when we met Rick. Rick is the consumate professional who is extremely skilled at his trade. Not only did we present challenges to him (of which he didn't flinch!) but his execution of his work was flawless. He was on time, diligent, creative and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, his estimate was competitive and the final cost was was he said it would be. I called Rick on Monday February 10th and we scheduled a meeting to discuss project. Rick came and gave me a estimate of cost and we agreed he would come on Thursday the 13th. The work was completed in two and half hours and came in below estimate. Rick and Jeff his helper worked clean and quickly.

Rick did a great job, he was very easy to work with. He worked all day long on a Holiday so we could have AC. Rick showed up when he said he would. He responded quickly to our original call out. We were comfortable with Rick to leave him alone in our home. Rick reinforced that we could call him anytime for any reason with a problem, and we will. I highly recommend Rick Ross to everyone for any electrical issues or work.

Rick was professional and reliable. His work quality was meticulous as well as thorough and he communicated well. I look forward to having him back for more work. This was a very nice experience.

He resolved our problem verbally over the phone (taking his valuable time) and did not charge us.

The job cost me $100. He was a little slow in responding because he was busy. I would recommend him because he is very good and very professional. He does his job and leaves. This was the second time I had used him and I would use him again in the future.

Rick was referred to us. He showed up on time, went to work quickly fixing the problem, was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. His bill was very reasonable for the work he had to do. We would definitely use him again, and have no problem referring him to friends.

Rick came to the house, looked at the problem, and went to work fixing it. It ook just one hour. He cleaned up as he worked.
