He is what a realtor should be. He returns calls promptly. He asked us, in the best of all worlds, what would we like. Then he would call us every day with a list of houses and he would drive around and show us. He is the top seller in 55 plus communities in Palm Beach County. He is personable but not pushy. He gets right back to you by phone or email. He showed us houses and found exactly what we wanted.
