Yes, they are prompt for weekly service but that doesn't help much when the tech continues to show up for 4 minutes on your property, smoking with one hand and talking on his cell with the other ....no brushing, no vacuuming, they don't know how to test chemicals. See photos of the algae they left behind. I'm fair to deal with but don't like getting screwed - i gave the owner a chance to make this right.

I hesitated to change from my previous guy used for over 10 years, but when the service began to slip I made the switch. Not only is the service better, it is priced less!

Prompt, professional, knowledgable, and on schedule. Pugh Pools is managed by Geoff Pugh who we find to be "hands on" and extremely experienced. The weekly service is always prompt and on schedule. The pool resurfacing was managed in a flawless manner and the five owners are all pleased with their respective pools.
