Protection Plus, Inc. is a local, family owned business specializing in both residential and commercial security alarm systems and monitoring, surveillance camera systems, access control and more. We are state licensed, insured and we have been in business for over 15 years. Our alarm monitoring rate is Only $20 per month if you have a phone line and $29.95 if you have no phone line and you choose a cellular radio for your alarm communication to our central station. Our monitoring rate has not gone up since the day we started back in November of 1997. We are proud to say that we have never had a compliant filed against us with the State and we are have an A rating with the BBB. Scott and Joan Hoxter are very professional and courteous business people, and highly knowledgeable security experts. My initial interaction with the company was with Joan, who listened to my needs/concerns, provided spot-on input and scheduled our appointment. Prior to the appointment she kept in touch via e-mail and phone, and on the day of our appointment Scott continued the communication with updates as to how his schedule of calls was progressing so that he could keep any inconvenience caused by having to wait for him to a minimum.
The work was done quickly, very neatly, and in a most professional manner. We discussed additional home security needs that will be addressed in the future, and he offered excellent/practical input and advice. These are very honest and skilled security professionals whom I would not hesitate to call again.
