It took 5 days to prepare and paint my home. The CertaPro owners stopped by every afternoon to review the work done that day with me. We did a full walk around to ensure I was happy with what had been completed and review the activities scheduled for the next day. I am especially pleased with Cynthia and Gerard's attention to detail and customer service and I will definitely use their services again.

I found Prime Home Design on Angie's List. Based on a glowing customer review, I contacted Bobby, the owner, to see my kitchen and look at my ideas. Immediately, I could see that Bobby was a professional. He listened to my ideas, and looked at some of the pictures I'd torn from magazines, and offered suggestions. Together we picked out cabinets, backsplash and accessories. The biggest challenge of the kitchen remodel was to find one solid slab of quartz large enough to fit my extra-long kitchen island counter, without having to cut a seam through the middle. Bobby and the stone seller found such a slab and I have a beautiful uncut Callacatta quartz countertop. Bobby, and his excellent assistant, Jesse, were punctual, neat, and a pleasure to be around on a day to day basis. Finally, the job was projected to take four weeks, and it was completed within a couple of days of that target, while waiting on some electrical parts. I love my new kitchen, and am planning to hire Bobby again for other projects in my home.

If you need a kitchen remodel you need look no further than Prime Home Design. I received estimates from 6 other contractors recommended on Angie’s List but Prime Home Design really stood out for its integrity and professionalism. Bobby took us through the entire process with patience and answers to all our questions, being willing to help us even if we didn’t hire him. Everything went smoothly. Even the expected occasional delays didn’t set us back that much and the end result was certainly worth it. Bobby designed a beautiful coffer ceiling. The cabinets and granite are all top notch and expertly installed. We love everything about our new kitchen. Bobby has good relationships with several subcontractors and so we got excellent deals on cabinets and granite. He works with you every step of the way and all of his employees are nice and professional. They were patient and never abrupt with us, taking the time to explain everything. Their friendliness was genuine. I expected headaches and some hassles and so still can’t believe how smoothly it all went! The only drawback was the electrician and plumber. The electrician was bossy and said he couldn’t put in a dimmer which we were able to do in ten minutes. The plumber also wouldn’t put the disposal on the side of the sink we wanted for bogus reasons. These were minor issues though in the long run, and the rest of their work was just fine. We would absolutely hire Prime Home Design again for any future remodeling project.

They do quality work with attention to detail, communicates well, open to design ideas and what he can't do he lets you know. I will recommend and use them, again.

Bobby was on the job everyday bright and early and worked into the early evening. He was pleasant, professional and did things I never knew needed to be done and didn't charge me! How often does that happen? I would not hesitate to hire his company again for any job, big or small (if he would be willing to do it). His work was clean and he never left a mess afterwards. If you want it done right the first time, hire him.

They came highly suggested to me and they surely didn’t disappointment. They had a very transparent line of communication. They gave me the scheduled time of completeion and were in and out days ahead of schedule. They walked me through every step of their process and all the guys were honest and professional. Most of all they were all just awesome down to earth guys and they treated my home as if It was their own. Very fair priced and realistic about the entire game plan. Bobby must be an incredible leader because I never saw any of his guys not smiling. It looked like they were having fun. Was so pleased with all the work I insisted he do my cousins house next and he treated him with the exact same care and respect he did my house.

The project went well Bobby gave us great instructions with everything from the permitting office to style and design tips for the nursery. Any questions I had he was really responsive and always contacted me back within 24 hours. I would say this would have to probably the best person I have ever had work on my home ever.

Bobby is a true professional! He was punctual and completed our bathroom remodel as promised. The job was completed to perfection with a very fair price and no hidden fees. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

It went great. They are awesome. They came, helped us with the design. Rebuilt it from bathtub to a shower. Re-tiled everything, new flooring in the bathroom, new mirrors, everything. They are easy to work with. Nice people. They did a great job. I can get a hold of them always. Just really happy with them.

It was excellent. The communication was great. Any concerns I had, they will immediately address it. The prices were very reasonable. I will highly recommend them.
