Ceramic Tile Service
I was very happy with the results. Gabriel did a great job with our large-format tiles. There was very little lippage. He and the crew were polite, neat, and easy to have around the house while doing their job. I was also happy with the way Prima was willing to work with me as a DIY customer, giving advice and inspecting my work before the tiling day arrived. The only problem we had was in understanding how the pricing worked, as it seemed the estimate kept going up as the months rolled by. (I worked slowly at the demo, etc. and during that time our contact at Prima changed. We also added listello to our tub-surround as the project was unfolding.) They answered all my questions and we paid what they asked.
